Brian Brown is the owner and broker of Transcend Realty and a lifelong southern West Virginia resident with a passion for revitalizing the communities he serves. A native of Beckley, Brian has spent the past six years serving clients across Raleigh, Fayette, Summers, Nicholas, Monroe, and Greenbrier counties.

Recognized as a top-producing agent for the last five years, Brian consistently achieves an annual sales volume between $10 million and $15 million while completing 70 to 109 transactions each year. In 2022, he was ranked among the top 1,000 agents out of more than 88,000 eXp agents worldwide.

Brian is an honor graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and Hampton University. He combines his professional expertise with a strong commitment to his community and family.

His vision for southern West Virginia goes beyond real estate transactions. Brian began by renovating neglected homes and has expanded those efforts into larger revitalization projects, including transforming abandoned warehouse spaces into destinations for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
